dzrtrat1971 ::: Favorites Wow... everything I "thought" I knew about this great drummer apparently wasn't even half as much of what he can actually do... and this is early years! Thanks for posting!!! 07-09-06 22:30:46 __________________________________________________
MalargueZiggy ::: Favorites that look on 0:17 is absolutely quality. legend 07-09-03 08:54:42 __________________________________________________

b25364 ::: Favorites I play the guitar. But I never knew the full sound complexity of the drums 'till I saw this genius guy. Cream - the Greatest Supergroup of all time!!! 07-08-30 19:55:29 __________________________________________________
manwithnoname123 ::: Favorites "at this time of day". ha - that must mean the sun's still shining! 07-08-30 08:35:39 __________________________________________________
babelbrother ::: Favorites Ginger Baker was by far the most technically proficient rock drummer of his era - He could do everything Keith Moon could do and more only he could do it in time 07-08-30 07:17:18 __________________________________________________
onticbeat ::: Favorites lol, man, i love ginger baker. the interviewer has his own agenda trying to get something done, while ginger is i assume hungover or really tired, and uncomfortable, throwing in stuff like, "at this time of day?" "it's very odd, you know, just sitting here, doing it." lol, man 07-08-19 00:57:31 __________________________________________________
MeallQuinn ::: Favorites legend 07-08-17 12:01:29 __________________________________________________
chipstern ::: Favorites The drums are not a series of dead notes. Ginger employed two diffrent bass drums, tuned to two different notes to etablish pitch relationships, intervals and cadences between the hands and the feet. That is how he is able to get that talking drum/chanting effect. 07-08-11 15:20:19 __________________________________________________
Madmistretta2099 ::: Favorites wow he looks and sounds terible. but hes still a great drummer 07-08-04 00:27:18 __________________________________________________ |
