Why? Well, I've been watching this show since 1981, when it was "At the Movies" and played on PBS. Although I never really liked Gene Siskel, I came to respect his intellect and taste. Replacing such a person with someone with the shallow intellect of Richard Roeper is an insult. I mean, before this he was basically a gossip reporter for the Chicag Tribune's "Celebrity" page!

It started in 1974 on a cable access channel in Chicago. You can find some of that early stuff right here on YouTube. Run a search on "siskel and ebert."

I agree about the tooth. Thing is, I have to take it out (it's a partial bridge) before I eat, and I usually make videos after dinner, and I forget to put it back in. But from now on I'll make an extra effort. As to the wish, over at MySpace this video has gotten a lot of positive feedback. Also, it's a commonly used idea.
