BeatBuddy ::: Favorites Actually, the framers of the Constitution held a dim view of democracy. Thomas Jefferson defined it as 51% of the population tyrannizing the remaining 49%. Benjamin Franklin defined it as two lions and a lamb voting on what to have for lunch.
