Description:
It was the best of times, it was the worst of times. I made a lot of good friends working at McDonalds! When I first got my video camera I'd come in on days off just to play around with it. Now I'm converting the old VHS tapes to my computer then DVD. |

RogCBrand ::: Favorites LOL!!! You know, as the years go by I forget how old I really am! Sorry not to reply right away! I'm finding a number of comments from a week ago that I never was notified of, so I'm looking through all my videos, one by one to make sure you guys don't think I'm some sort of jerk who doesn't reply! : ) I've never really liked fast food so it's been years since I've been in a McDonalds, but it would be neat to compare what it looks like now! 07-08-05 01:16:04 _____________________________________________________
JakeWild ::: Favorites Hey, thank for the reply :D I don't know why I said I was 1 month old because I've just worked it out and I would have been -2 months old (young?)! :) Even though I wasn't born by this time, it still reminds me of the good ol' days and for some reason this video reminds me of Back To The Future even though I've never even seen it! :P Thanks again.. 07-08-05 01:26:23 _____________________________________________________
RogCBrand ::: Favorites LOL! Sort of like deja vu from inside the womb! : ) I still haven't got around to converting & editing it, but I've got footage from a meeting of the entire crew & Josh Drake is there & he's a total emo back when there weren't emos! It's funny how watching stuff now I'll see lots of things I'd never thought of before! Also the more I rewatch this the more I miss a lot of those guys & gals!!! 07-08-05 01:38:34 _____________________________________________________
JakeWild ::: Favorites Whoa, fast reply! :) I know what you mean - it's just like music and TV show out now that we all take for granted and sometime say we hate but in like 20 years times we'll miss them like mad and be wishing we were back in 2007! :D 07-08-05 01:42:45 _____________________________________________________
RogCBrand ::: Favorites LOL! I'm catching up on a bunch of peoples' vids I didn't see over the last couple of days. Sometimes there'll only be a few for a week, then it's like everyone is posting new lots of new ones at the same time! You are totally right! I remember there were some shows I loved as a kid but now I'm like what was I thinking! Then there are old shows I didn't appreciate then but now think are great! 07-08-05 01:52:07 _____________________________________________________
JakeWild ::: Favorites Same. I'm not sure if you got the show Playdays across the pond but it was amazing. It's a kids TV programme that I literally grew up with and I've been looking for it all over the place but I can't find any clips of it anywhere! Ohhh the memories! ;) 07-08-05 01:56:16 _____________________________________________________
RogCBrand ::: Favorites No, though I grew up loving everything British & was grateful just to see Benny Hill or Monty Python on Public T.V., but then about the time I went into high school they started showing Dr. Who!!! I was in heaven! : ) I know what you mean though. There was a short lived series called "Odyssey" where a kid falls out of a tree house & end up in a coma with him "waking up" in a world without adults & a young Ryan Reynolds as El Supremo the dictator! 07-08-05 02:05:35 _____________________________________________________
RogCBrand ::: Favorites I was in my mid 20s but though it was a kid's show it was really kind of dark, forboding and deep! I've searched all over the internet for years & can't find it available which is sad because it was far better than most of the shows made for kids or adults today! 07-08-05 02:07:21 _____________________________________________________
JakeWild ::: Favorites Haha yeah, Dr. Who! That show seems to have made a comeback over here. I wasn't old enough to enjoy the earlier series but the newer ones are really good. The show Odyssey rings a bell.. 07-08-05 02:08:39 _____________________________________________________
RogCBrand ::: Favorites Yeah, Tom Baker was the Doctor at the time I started watching it & to me he'll always be the top one, but I've actually enjoyed the new series a lot! The Odyssey was made in Canada. Outside of Reynolds I don't think any others went on to be famous. The main character dealt with people in the coma world who existed in the real world, but were somewhat different in personality. Great show! 07-08-05 02:13:34 _____________________________________________________ |
